Job Descriptions

G|SaaN seeks multiple Project Managers with extensive project management experience to join its Beijing Studio.Candidates will:
- Plan, coordinate and manage project process for large scale projects;
- Represent project or practice as the primary contact for client interaction;
- Negotiate critical and controversial issues with appropriate parties;
- Collaborate with other lead professionals to ensure design is in accordance with project expectations;
- Serve as main contributor during client meetings and presentations;
- Responsible for financial management of all assigned projects.


- B Arch Degree or related design eld
- Minimum Of 8-10 years of Architecture experience
- Experience with large scale projects
- Strong technical background
- Ability to prioritize and concurrently working on multiple projects
- Ability to manage work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eective problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
- Experience with contract negotiations and project financial planning
- Experience with CAD and BIM
- Professional registration preferred.
